- Engage with followers and potential customers on social media and respond to comments and messages promptly.
- Stay abreast of the latest social media tools and technologies, integrating innovative approaches into our strategy.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, budget, and performance to drive traffic and conversions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a social media manager, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong portfolio of social media campaigns and content that demonstrate creativity and effectiveness.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling and engaging content.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce or technology sectors.
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
